Chagas Hespanhol’s interns go through a rigorous selection process, including resume analysis, personal communication skills, interpersonal relationships, behavioral profile, etc.
In the office, these young professionals are linked to internal research programs, learn the strategic vision of a process, follow the evolution of court decisions, participate in leading cases, and receive careful supervision of their work, through connections with professionals, schools, and advanced legal research centers in Brazil and around the world.

André Berardinelli
Currently studying Law at the University Center of Brasília (CEUB) and has international experience and education from the United States elementary and middle school systems
Diná de Jesus da Cunha
Currently studying Law at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development, and Research (IDP), Diná is a member of the championship team of the II Administrative Law Debates Championship of IDP, held in 2021. During her time as a volunteer at the Public Defender's Office of the Federal District, she collaborated with the Legal Assistance Center for Families.
